So school has now started back. I’m getting into the swing of things and having a pretty good time despite the classroom situation. There is a new teacher on the way to relieve us and take some of our children in the class because our numbers were so big this year. I really have a good group of kids this year. There are a few though that I can tell are gonna be trouble. I’ve got a lot of little kids this year. Some are 4 years old. I think thats a big difference from last years class. They seemed much older last year. Anyways, the kids are getting into the routine and much better.

So I had an AMAZING summer!!! I worked for 7 weeks at Sky Ranch again. Many of you know that Sky Ranch holds a special place in my heart. It’s a huge part of my life and I was so blessed that God’s will was for me to be there. I never would have guessed that though. I didnt know I was gonna be there until about two weeks before I left. I was so nervous because I didnt know anyone that was there. I got there and started meeting people and things were great. I clicked really well with my first cabin and things went really well with my second cabin too. I learned so much from the kids but I honestly feel like I learned even more from my INCREDIBLE counselors I worked with. They were truly a gift from God!!!

After I worked at camp, I went on a cruise with my family. It was probably the last trip I’ll take with the fam. It was so great!!! We all had a great time and got to see some beautiful parts of the world. Hawaii was so pretty and I’m definitely heading to plan back there next summer. It was so neat. I even learned how to surf and went snorkeling while I was there.

Needless to say, this summer was definitely full of some great times that I will remember for a long time!!!
