why must it be so complicated?

Life is good….busy, but good! I didn’t stop once today. I ate lunch at the copy machine….yeah i know, what a nice lunch date. Maybe I’ll do better tomorrow. I’ve finished 3 of the 6 papers I have to write. I’m headed out of town this weekend. I’ll be off to the airport to people watch, hopefully terminal D, because that is the best terminal for people watching. My trip should be fun, i’m sure more fun that people watching…..i can’t wait! In the meantime, its back to work.

Does anyone really read this? Just curious…

Kinda funny how your opinion of someone completely changes after their true colors come out. Who woulda thunk it? I for sure would have been the last one…..i should have listened to my friends….they can see between the lines when I can’t.

I’m reading this book on leadership and I think everyone should read it. The title is The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership by John C. Maxwell. It is a pretty good book. I have to read it for a class and I probably never would have picked it up otherwise but I’m really liking it. I’m learning a lot about what it takes to be a leader. You should read it too!

When I tell people I want to get my doctorate, the question is “Why?” Is it so wrong to value education? I don’t think so. Therefore if any school would be so willing as to let me in, then I plan starting my doctorate. As of now, I’m planning on Fall 09. I’ve got a little bit of time to find some great programs, start studying my tail off for the GRE, take the test and apply for school. It’s a long process and after looking at several different schools and requirements it will take to get my doctorate, I wonder if I’ll make it through the program, but if someone is gonna pay me money to learn from their school, then I’ll find it in myself to finish the program more of a leader than I will be the day i started. Wow, did I really just say that!?!?!
